SATURDAY KIDS CLUB

The Saturday kids club is an opportunity for local children, to learn more about looking after ponies and riding. It lasts about 2 hours with one session in the morning and one in the afternoon. The younger, less experienced kids usually do the morning session with the older ones in an afternoon.
The sessions usually entail one hours stable/horse management and one hours riding either a lesson in the field or a trek, depending on the weather.
The kids club costs £10 each for a 2 hour session. Under 6s must be accompanied at all times by an adult.
The sessions run from 10:30 am for the juniors and from 1:00 pm for those with a little bit more experience, every saturday throughout the summer.
Anyone who just wants to help out would be most welcome.

SALEN SHOW

Every year the ponies take the day off from trekking and we all hack over to the Salen show where the children enter most of the pony classes including the show jumping. This year the show is to be held on
