ABOUT US AND MULL

KILLIECHRONAN

The pony trekking is based on the Killiechronan estate which is situated in the very centre of the Isle of Mull. The estate also offers self catering accommodation and is one of the best locations on Mull to spot wildlife as well as boasting stunning views. For information and to book accommodation click here there is also a camp site with basic facilities on site. The estate is also a working farm with black face sheep and young dairy cattle.

ISLE OF MULL

Mull is the second largest island of the inner hebrides, off the west coast of Scotland and is one of the most accessable with 3 ferries running to the island.. Tobermory is the main village and provides numerous shops and cafes and restaurants. Many other picturesque villages include Dervaig, Salen and Fionnphort, to name a few, are well worth a visit.

With stunning beaches and mountain views all around Mull is ideal for walking or cycling with spectacular scenery and an abundance of wildlife. The rare white tailed sea eagle has made Mull its home since being reintroduced back from extinction in Britain.
A number of wildlife tours will take you around the island using local knowledge to seek out eagles, otters and many other rare species. A whale watching tour is also a must.
Day trips to other islands such as Staffa, Iona and the Treshnish Isles to see the Puffins cannot be missed.
